Those were pulled in by the crawler because the crawler looks for pages that look to be built with plain html, policy pages are usually that way. I disabled the crawler when I noticed and I am working on a fix and I will be removing those as this isn't what Guno is for, it's for discovering html sites the way they were built pre-2000. I am currently battling influenza so I am unable to do much but as soon as I am back on my feet I will be fixing that.
